Kishore Samtani – Principal
Kishore Samtani, an Indian-born, Hong Kong-based entrepreneur, began his journey with TV Products Hong Kong Limited, forming strategic partnerships to expand globally. Over the years, he collaborated with TV Products International’s multiple entities, including TV Direct, TV Products Development Ltd., and KVD LLC, establishing a strong foothold in the manufacturing and export industry.
With imports based in New York, Kishore’s ventures include OEM and sourcing projects for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, CVS, and Bed Bath & Beyond. His expertise spans global operations, blending business acumen with a keen sense of market trends. Beyond commerce, he is a seasoned investor in properties across Hong Kong, the UK, the USA, South Africa, Europe, India, and Australia.
Kishore’s passion for innovation has led to diversified interests in Bollywood, health, gaming, and the tech sectors. His latest venture into AI robotics reflects his forward-thinking approach and commitment to pushing technological boundaries.
Peter Prasch – Initiator & Board Member, Metsave AG
Peter Prasch, a Swiss-Liechtenstein entrepreneur, comes from a three-generation hospitality background in Liechtenstein and Switzerland. He studied business in Bern before earning his Swiss Certified Hotel Manager qualification from the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne. At just 24, he opened his first hotel and restaurant in Langkawi, Malaysia, marking the beginning of a dynamic global career.
With years of experience in major hospitality companies, Peter later joined HMC Corp. in California as National Operations & Development Manager, working with renowned brands like Renaissance Hotels, Hilton, Sheraton, and Shangri-La across Europe and Asia. His extensive international business network has since expanded beyond hospitality, supporting the growth of innovative startups in industrial manufacturing and mining.
In 2023, Peter co-founded Metsave AG with Christian Schandl, initially focusing on material-saving systems for industrial manufacturing. This led to the development of One Hand Can, one of many environmentally friendly products with strong economic potential. Always seeking groundbreaking innovations, Peter continues to identify and develop impactful technologies. He is also an active member of the Liechtenstein Press Club and serves as President of the Curling Club Vaduz and the Liechtenstein Curling Association, as well as a member of the Liechtenstein Olympic Committee.
Christian Schandl – Inventor, Germany
Christian Schandl, an Austrian national born near Vienna, began his career with an apprenticeship in automotive engineering, later excelling in motorsport with Formula 2 and Formula 3 racing teams. His technical expertise extended to collaborations with world-renowned professionals, including Niki Lauda. He further diversified his skills in gas pipeline construction and aerospace welding, becoming a specialist in the field.
Christian’s journey into the canning industry began with a role at an Austrian beverage plant, where he honed his mechanical and system development skills. It was here that he envisioned a resealable beverage can system. After initial trials with plastic materials, feedback from leading beverage manufacturers prompted him to pivot to a metal design. This evolution resulted in the creation of “close&go,” the first functional metal capping system.
Through years of meticulous development and collaboration, Christian transformed his innovative concept into a market-ready product. As the inventor of the groundbreaking swivel-open can technology, he continues to pursue new ideas and prototypes, driving forward innovation in the beverage industry.
J. Venkataraman – Executive Director
J. Venkataraman, widely known as J V Raman, brings over five decades of expertise in operations and finance to his role as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at MetX Technologies LLC. A seasoned leader with a results-oriented approach, he has cultivated a robust skill set through hands-on experience, transcending traditional educational pathways.
Mr. Raman’s extensive career includes collaborating with accountants, auditors, legal counsel, shareholders, and investors to align operations with best practices and industry standards. His leadership philosophy emphasizes fostering collaboration and driving organizational success, positioning MetX Technologies LLC for sustainable growth in the tech sector.
In addition to his finance and operations background, Mr. Raman boasts over 40 years in the hospitality industry, where he served as the owner’s representative for international hotel management companies. His tenure with the Harilela Group included key roles in hotel development, acquisitions, and strategic planning, significantly contributing to the group’s success.
Dr. Erich Hasler – Lawyer & Consultant, Liechtenstein
Dr. Erich Hasler is a Liechtenstein-based patent attorney and consultant with expertise in chemistry, economics, and intellectual property law. He studied chemistry at the University of Basel, where he later completed a doctorate in physical chemistry. Additionally, he earned a degree in economics (lic. rer. pol.) from the same university. His early career included roles as an application engineer and product manager in the thin-film and vacuum technology sector, followed by two years in a Liechtenstein trust company.
In 1990, Dr. Hasler qualified as a Liechtenstein patent attorney, later becoming a European Patent Attorney in 1996. Today, he is a partner at Riederer Hasler & Partner Patentanwälte AG and a respected member of multiple professional organizations, including the Association of Swiss Patent Attorneys, the European Patent Institute (EPI), and the Liechtenstein Patent Attorneys Association. His extensive expertise spans intellectual property protection, patent law, and strategic consulting.
Beyond his legal career, Dr. Hasler co-founded the Democrats pro Liechtenstein (DpL) party in 2018 and currently serves on its executive committee. In 2021, he was elected as a parliamentary deputy for the party. He is also an active member of international intellectual property organizations, including AIPPI and INTA, reflecting his ongoing contributions to the global patent and trademark landscape.
Ajay Singh – Executive Director
Ajay Singh is a highly regarded strategic and financial advisor in the global chemicals and materials industry. With over 35 years of experience across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, he has advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic planning, and capital solutions. Known for his deep sector knowledge, global relationships, and execution excellence, Ajay has played a key role in value-enhancing transactions worldwide.
Previously, Ajay served as Co-Head of Macquarie Capital’s Industrials Investment Banking division and Global Head of Chemicals at UBS, where he advised on many of the industry’s most significant transactions. His extensive expertise spans corporate strategy, investment banking, and financial structuring, making him a sought-after advisor for businesses navigating complex market dynamics.
At Crestpointe Capital, Ajay leverages his investment banking experience to partner with business owners and investors, driving long-term value creation. As Executive Director and Strategic Advisor at MetX, he brings his leadership and strategic insight to the company. Ajay began his career at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and later joined Credit Suisse First Boston following its acquisition of DLJ. Based in New York City, he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
